There are some great teachers at ugro, many of which stayed on from the previous childcare center. The facilities are nice, although they are being transferred to a new location being built closer to the road. The big problem is the administration. Communication with the parents is virtually non-existent. Security issues occurred while we were there that caused staff to start a lock down policy. Management didn't bother communicating this to parents. The school district changed transportation policies, threatening to remove bus service between the center and the schools, and management didn't seem to care (management from the previous company operating out of that location worked with the school district to fix bussing issues in previous years). During the transition from the previous company, the new management made major promises that were broken, with no apology. Very disappointed in our experiences once Ugro took over. It was a shame that Bright Horizons was forced out if the location. They were a much better operation.
